Agreement to these terms

By placing an order or otherwise using this site, you're agreeing to the terms below. If something here doesn't sit right with you, please reach out before ordering — we're happy to talk it through.

Custom, made-to-order pieces

Every item is handmade to order, specifically for you. Because of that:

• Small, natural variations in color, size, and stitch pattern are normal — no two handmade pieces are ever perfectly identical, and that's part of what makes them handmade.
• Turnaround times shared with you are estimates, not guarantees. Handmade work can take longer than expected, and we'll keep you updated if timing shifts.
• Quotes are agreed on together before work begins. A deposit holds your spot in the queue; the remaining balance is due before your piece ships or is picked up.
• If a project is completed and we're unable to reach you after 3 genuine attempts, the deposit will be considered forfeited — half returned as Krafted Bucks as a goodwill gesture. Future orders are welcome, but will require a higher deposit. We'd always rather hear from you than get here. Full details in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

Photos and designs

Photos of finished pieces, in-progress work, and original designs shared on this site or in your order updates remain the property of Krafted by Nae. We're glad to share photos of your own finished piece with you, and love it when customers share their own photos too — but please don't use our product photos or written designs commercially without asking first.

No warranty beyond what's stated

Outside of what's covered in our Refunds & Cancellations policy, pieces are provided as-is. We take real care in every stitch, but as a small, one-person handmade business, we can't offer broader warranties beyond making things right if something is genuinely wrong with your order.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Krafted by Nae and Makryden Systems LLC aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your order or use of this site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the business grows. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
