Every piece from Krafted by Nae is made by hand, just for you — your colors, your sizing, your idea. Because of that, we're not able to offer cash refunds once work has begun. Here's exactly how it works.

Before you pay a deposit

Nothing is owed and nothing is locked in. You're always free to walk away, no questions asked, while we're still talking through your idea.

After your deposit is paid

Once your deposit is paid, it's non-refundable — but never wasted. If you need to cancel, that amount becomes Krafted Bucks, store credit you can use toward a future piece, anytime.

We ask for a deposit because it means materials get purchased and your spot on the calendar gets held just for you. That's real time and real yarn — so we keep it as credit rather than losing it altogether.

If something arrives wrong

This is different from changing your mind, and we treat it differently. If your piece arrives damaged, or doesn't match what we agreed on (wrong colors, wrong size from your order), reach out with a photo and we'll make it right — a repair, a remake, or a refund, whichever fits the situation.

Changes along the way

Got a new idea mid-project, or want to tweak something? Just message us. We'd always rather adjust the plan with you than have you unhappy with the result.
