Can I order a hat as a gift?

Yes — and gifts are some of the most common orders. Mention who it's for in your design request and Nae will make sure the sizing and style work for them.

How do you get the right fit?

You can include head measurements when you submit your request, or go by standard size (S/M/L/XL). Nae will confirm before starting.

Can I match a color from something I already own?

Use the Color Match tool — upload a photo of the outfit, accessory, or anything with the colors you want, and it'll pull the closest Krafted colors for you.

How long does a hat take to make?

Most hats are completed within 1–2 weeks after the deposit. Simpler styles may be faster. Rush requests are sometimes available — mention your deadline.

Can I get a matching set — hat and bag?

Yes. Many customers order coordinating pieces. Just describe the full set in your design request and Nae will quote everything together.
